The opinions of our pupils and their parents are of interest to us. For this reason, the representatives of the body of pupils and the boarding school and the Parents’ Council play a role when it comes to decisions on the further development of the school and the boarding school. The School Forum, in which all the groups that participate in the school and the boarding facilities are represented – the pupils, the parents, the teachers, and the management – formulates recommendations for the full conference.
The following subjects are being discussed, for example:
- Dealing with the media and the learning culture
- School dress and dress code
- Wishes addressed to the kitchen
- Cooperation with partner schools abroad
In the school association sit representatives of the school, parents and external experts. They discuss central developments relating to the school and adopt the yearly budget.
In the association of the so-called “Altbürger” and “Altbürgerinnen” and Friends of the School former pupils are organised who support the school financially and contribute their ideas.
